As a therapist my ideas and values are rooted in collaboration, compassion and understanding, and my approach is largely informed by humanistic and existential teachings.
I earned a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Texas at El Paso, and a Master of Counselling Psychology from City University, Vancouver. I have 14 years of experience working alongside individuals and families who have been impacted by various mental health concerns and challenging life circumstances.
Over the last 5 years I have been practicing as a Registered Clinical Counsellor in both private practice and community. I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space in order to facilitate personal insight, growth and transformation based on the unique needs and values of each person that comes to see me.
